Changanya mtindi,mayai na mafuta yenye Vitamini E kwa pamoja (changanya mchanganyiko vizuri)
Paka mchanganyiko huo kwenye Maziwa na fanya ku massage taratibu ,Acha kama Saa moja na Nusu halafu osha na maji  safi ya baridi.
